Service Description

Enjoy this Pilates mat work session, designed specifically with the horse rider in mind. This is a one off Pay As You Go session for Tuesday 16th August 2022. We'll focus on exercises to improve your balance, flexibility, stability and control and explore how these can help you in and out the saddle.
