Service Description

Enjoy this Pilates mat work session, designed specifically with the horse rider in mind. This is a one off Pay As You Go session for Tuesday 12th July 2022. We'll focus on exercises to improve your balance, flexibility, stability and control and explore how these can help you in and out the saddle. Due to Covid 19, it is preferable if you can bring your own mat and small towel. However, mats can be provided if necessary and will be sanitised between participants.
